DAYS BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF THE TOUR	CANCELLATION FEES APPLICABLE
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.	Will receive a full refund
Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the tour date	Will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 14 to 7 days of the tour tour date	Will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 0 to 6 days of the tour date , including no-shows	Non-refundable.

• In the event of a cruise ship delay or cancellation of port call leading to the inability to participate in the tour, a full refund will be issued.
• Any changes or cancellations must be communicated to us via email or phone at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour departure time.
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
• There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
